What is the difference between pampers swaddlers and sensitive swaddlers

Also, there is some debate on Amazon as to which is better. Some say the sensitive are more absorbant, while others say the sensitive have a bad smell. I don't want to buy too many of one kind of diaper that I'm going to use 1 of and then toss out the rest of the box!

I am going with the sensitive skin ones. DH has sensitive skin, as do I, so it is a good bet this little guy will too. We had a pack of the pampers sensitive from my DD's baby shower and we used them, I didn't see any big differences between the two - We used the regular swaddlers until she was in a size 1, then we found she leaked so we switched to Huggies.

Both me and my DH have sensitive skin and she never had any problems with the regular Pampers Swaddlers. I think from what I have read the difference is that regular Pampers has some kind of lotion or scent in them that may irritate sensitive skin.

I have sensitive skin so I registered for those hoping that it will be better for LO until we know if he has his momma's skin. The sensitive ones aren't scented and have that strip down the front to let you know that the diaper is wet similiar to the Swaddlers that they give you at the hospital.

This will be my 3rd DD and I have always generally favored Pampers Swaddlers, but truly you should "shop" around to determine what your baby's skin will prefer. One thing I found was that with diaper rashes when they would come for my sensitive-skin babies, they would be horrid. The best diaper cream for sensitive skin that I found was called "Triple Paste". It works like a charm. It's not inexpensive, but it beats all the cutesy named-ones that did NOT work on my sensitive skin babies.

So my suggestion is If friends give you different types of diapers for baby gifts; try them all. Even if you want to stock up now in your own personal shopping, you might decide that even the brand you think you'll love, won't be the one your baby will need.

You might be surprised and like an off-brand you wouldn't normally try. Even though she moves around a lot in her sleep and has so much water, Pampers Baby Dry stay on snug with no leaks and absorb it all! Cruisers stay on by having great elastic leg cuffs, and the waistband is kinda stretchy!

That way, the diapers stay on your child while they are moving. Pampers Baby Dry are great for overnight use in babies six months and up since they are so absorbent and your baby may be sleeping longer at night.

Pampers Cruisers work best on babies who are at least months old and are starting to roll over or crawl since they have a great contoured fit for active babies.

Pampers Baby Dry are overnight diapers. They have better absorbency than Pampers Swaddlers to prevent leaks and hold in more poop and pee overnight. You can use Pampers Baby Dry during the day. Pampers Swaddlers and Baby Dry are best for different situations.

Pampers Swaddlers are great for small babies who have their diapers changed frequently. Baby Dry work well when your baby is sleeping through the night and needs a more absorbent diaper. The front of Baby Dry left and Swaddlers right diapers. You can see both have a wetness indicator — the yellow stripe up the middle of the diaper. Their styles have the same features, but different designs and more targeted absorbency depending on the gender. Well, a lot of things! Pampers boasts that their diapers do not contain BPA, dioxins, disperse dyes, elemental chlorine they use an elemental chlorine-free process to purify the fibers in their diapers which the FDA believes to be a safe and dioxin-free method , ethanol and isopropyl rubbing alcohol , natural rubber latex, lead and mercury, organotins, parabens, pesticide residues, phenol, Polyvinyl Chloride PVC or preservatives.
